Lessons 1 & 2

Foundation of Awareness

You'll begin with guided mindfulness meditations. This builds the awareness muscle needed to feel and locate the Lift sensation later.

Lessons 3, 4, & 5

Discovering the Lift

This is where the magic begins. You'll be guided through specific practices that teach you how to manifest and stabilize the unique 'lifting' physical sensation in your head.

Lessons 6 & 7

Lift On Demand Coaching

You'll learn the techniques to summon the Lift quickly and discreetly—no meditation mat or headphones required—giving you instant calm in any real-world situation.

Lesson 8

Daily Life Integration

This narrative lesson coaches you on how to make the Lift a seamless, instinctive tool for handling stress, fight or flight, tough conversations, and finding focus throughout your day.

A Note on Your Practice

The Lift Method is a learnable skill, not a passive experience.

  • Don't Rush the Start: Lessons 1 and 2 are crucial. They prepare your awareness for the unique physical feeling you'll discover starting in Lesson 3. Take your time and complete the foundational meditations fully.
  • The Physical Sensation is Real: The goal isn't just to feel "calm" or "relaxed." The goal is to feel the distinct, physical 'lifting' sensation focused in your head—a feeling of lightness and expansion. Pay close attention to your body and mind as you progress.
  • Consistency is Key: Like any new ability, daily practice (even short sessions) is the fastest way to master the Lift and make it a permanent, on-demand tool.
